Entry requirements

 We invite you to check your entry requirements to the People’s Republic of China with your relevant consular authorities. Likewise, we advise you to carefully monitor and comply with the most up-to-date travel conditions and restrictions before boarding your transport.

Accommodation

 Our hosts in Xi’an have blocked a limited number of rooms in two hotels at a negotiated rate (1.5 kilometers away from the Xi’an ICEC): 

• Xi’an Chanba HuaLuXe Hotel (Address: No.5167, Shibo Avenue (650 RMB room for single use): please use this link to access the web where you can book a room directly with the negotiated rate.

 Local transportation

Our hosts have set up a dedicated website on the occasion of the event, providing diverse information on their city. This also includes airport transfer. Should you want to benefit from this service, please visit the website and inform the organizers about your itinerary. Please use this website also to book your city visit by 16 October.

The hosts have also organized a shuttle service from the hotels and the venue that runs every 15 minutes in each direction. Please check here the timetable for further information. Please note that, even though the timetable indicates departure from Chanba HuaLuXe hotel, the Holiday Inn Hotel is integrated in the same complex, so the departure point is shared for both hotels.
