Changes at "Institutionalizing the VNR–VLR–VSR Connection through Multilevel Governance and Partnerships"

This session will highlight how VNRs, VLRs, and VSRs are evolving from voluntary reporting exercises into coordinated, institutionalized mechanisms that support multilevel governance, policy coherence, and implementation of the 2030 Agenda. In addition, it will explore the role of multistakeholder partnerships—including national, regional and local governments, local and regional government associations, civil society, academia, UN entities, and development partners—in enabling effective localization and collaborative governance.
