Conversation with Emilia Saiz
Dear friends of the Town Hall,
We are very happy to see you here and hope that this tool will facilitate communication and co-creation in the Town Halls! We are very excited to embark on this journey with you and to test and use new tools and instruments of co-creation.
UCLGMeets is a platform that allows for knowledge exchange, debate and the posting of resources all in one place. It will be the space where Town Hall participants can publish materials relevant to meetings such as information notes and minutes, make concrete proposals on next steps and call for new meetings, and provide track-change feedback to documents. This will be the platform in which you will be able to provide comments and feedback to the Town Hall policy paper outlines and draft papers. It is the place where you can let your voice be heard beyond the meetings.
This is a beta version and we are learning by doing so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any comments or suggestions. Welcome!
Thank you Dear EMILIA.
Annie Chrystel From LIBREVILLE.
Hello Everyone, Rudi Borrmann here from the Open Government Partnership. We are super excited about being part of this dialogue. Quick introduction, I'm the Deputy Director of OGP Local and before this, I worked for the City Government of Buenos Aires and after that at the National Government. Always working on open government, public innovation, and digital transformation. I'm based in Brussels.
Let me share here a fresh document presented last year during our Global Summit in Seoul. The report covers four main areas of analysis (Civil Society Engagement, Institutions, Action Plans and Policy Areas) from 200 Open Government Action plans between 2012 and 2021.

Looking forward to learn from this process and connect with the OGP global community of practice.
Hello Everyone, it's Viviane Ogou, member of the Youch Caucus representing the Barcelona Youth Council. I am also really excited to participate in this initiative and looking forward to amplifying the voices of young people from not only Barcelona but hopefully the extended regions.
Before UCLG I've served as Youth Delegate to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. Meanwhile, I am specialising in EU-Africa relations, peace & security, focusing my research on the role of local peacebuilding for sustainable and durable peace. I volunteer for migrant rights & I founded an intercontinental youth-led organisation "Puerta de áfrica".
I am really looking forward to learning from you all and contributing to the vision & propositions of young people from different backgrounds and realities.

Conversation with James Bartholomeusz
Hi everyone, I'm James Bartholomeusz from the urban transport team at the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF). We're very pleased to be participating alongside our sister global union, Public Services International (PSI).
We believe in a social model of public transport - one where decent work is closely related to public ownership, democratic control, equality and climate justice. You can find out more about our vision for public transport at https://www.OPTpolicy.org.uk. We also have a close working relationship with C40 Cities and UITP: https://thefutureispublictransport.org/.
I can be reached at bartholomeusz_james@itf.org.uk - I look forward to hearing from you!
Apologies, the first link should be www.OPTpolicy.org
